Purchase Order Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions shall have effect for all purchase orders placed by Infinera Corporation or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. Acceptance of a purchase order shall constitute complete acceptance of these terms and conditions by the Seller, unless a separate written agreement is in effect between the parties.
Supplier Code of Conduct
The Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the minimum standards expected of all Infinera suppliers so they act ethically, responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Supplier Code of Conduct is required to be applied by Infinera suppliers to their first tier suppliers and subcontractors, including providers of contract labor, at a minimum.

Information Security Requirements for Vendors
Infinera Corporation requires all of its vendors, service providers and other business partners to maintain a comprehensive written information security program that includes technical, physical and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality, security, integrity, and availability of Infinera Data and to protect against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration or destruction of such Infinera Data.

Supplier Health & Safety Requirements
The Contractor Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS) and Security Handbook sets out the minimum requirements for all Infinera suppliers so they act safety, responsibly and in compliance with Infinera policies and all applicable laws and regulations. The Contractor EHS and Security Manual is required to be followed by Infinera suppliers and subcontractors to ensure a safe, healthy, and secure work environment.
