- Accountability: Each employee is responsible for following safety and health rules and practices and reporting accidents and injuries as well as unsafe equipment, practices, or conditions.
- Conduct: Infinera does not tolerate violence or threatening behavior. Employees should report to work free from intoxication due to drugs or alcohol, and the use of illegal drugs in the workplace is never permitted.
- Compliance: We comply with relevant health and safety regulations everywhere we operate.
- Management Systems: We maintain an OHSAS 18001-certified safety management system in our Sunnyvale, CA, and Allentown, PA facilities to help us identify, manage, and continuously improve safety risks and performance.
