Environmental Responsibility

Infinera is committed to reducing the environmental impact of our operations through energy efficiency, waste reduction and resource conservation. We have a dedicated team of environmental, health and safety (EHS) experts and facility managers who work closely with individual sites to manage environmental risk with consideration to local and regional concerns. Our precautionary approach is based on a risk assessment process that identifies, assesses and mitigates environmental risk throughout our operations and supply chain. In the U.S. and in Sweden, we have environmental management systems registered to ISO 14001. We are considering additional registrations worldwide.
