Infinera's team of expert support engineers understand both "Customer Service" and "Technical Support." We provide all levels of Infinera product support for the DTN, the IQ Network Operating System, and the Infinera Management Suite on a 24/7 basis.
Planning and Network Design
Infinera offers planning and design services to meet your service and cost objectives. We have experience with a diverse set of networks, including global, national, regional, and metro core installations. Our expertise covers the range from greenfield deployments to network enhancements and full network migration. In all these cases our team can provide network options, detailed parts lists, implementation schedules, and more.
Network Trial Assistance
We recognize that different carriers have different needs when it comes to lab and field trials. Infinera can offer whatever trial support meets your technical and business objectives, from test plan creation to on-call support to full-time, on-site collaboration. For carriers and service providers seeking interoperability testing or lab trials off-site, we can schedule one of our Customer Demo Labs, available in North America, Europe, and Asia, to support your trial needs.
Engineering, Furnishing, Installation and Test (EFI&T)
Infinera's EFI&T teams can help deploy your Digital Optical Network quickly and painlessly. We're proud of our reputation for fast and easy implementation, enabled in part by the talent of our team and in part by the operational elegance of Digital Optical Networks. To enhance our ability to offer global EF&I, we've partnered with some of the most experienced and respected names in the business.
Service Logistics
While Infinera is very proud of its in-the-field product quality, we recognize that module failures do occur. Our goal is fast and efficient replacement, followed by comprehensive reporting on the cause of the failure. Our Service Logistics capabilities include in-country spares depots, revision management of customer inventories, RMA records available online through Infinera's Customer Extranet, and fast-turnaround Root Cause Analysis.
Documentation
Our focus on easy-to-use, well-engineered products extends to our documentation. We offer a comprehensive and up-to-date document set to help your team find the information they need quickly and easily. Training
Infinera offers a full suite of training courses for your planners, engineers, provisioners, field technicians, and other team members.
