Lonny Orona serves as the Vice President of Worldwide Customer Service and Technical Support for Infinera. Over the past 15 years, Mr. Orona has held senior management positions with responsibility for Technical Operations, Customer and Product Support, 24x7 Network Operations, Service Provisioning, EF&I Operations, Logistics and Technical Training. Mr. Orona's experience in service delivery comes from providing support for both service provider and large enterprise customers. Previous to Infinera, Mr. Orona has served in executive service and support roles with companies including Unlimited Fiber Optics, Sigma Networks, Ciena Corporation, Lightera Networks, 3Com, OnStream Networks, MFS Communications, and British Telecom.
