Board of Directors

Paul Milbury joined the Infinera board of directors in July 2009. Mr. Milbury served as vice president of operations and chief financial officer of Starent Networks from 2007 until its acquisition by Cisco Systems in 2009. Prior to joining Starent, Mr. Milbury served as vice president and chief financial officer of Avid Technology, Inc., a pioneer and leader in digital media creation, management, and distribution systems. Prior to that, Mr. Milbury served as Chief Financial Officer of iBelong.com, a developer of customized Internet portals. Earlier, Mr. Milbury spent 19 years at Digital Equipment Corporation.
